3. User-Generated Content and Submissions
If users are permitted to submit or contribute content (e.g., reviews, forum posts, feedback), they retain ownership of their intellectual property rights in their content but grant RN HUB a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, distribute, and display that content on our platform. By submitting content, users confirm that they have the right to do so and that their submissions do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
4. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Compliance)
RN HUB respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that any content on RN HUB infringes on your copyright, please notify us with the following information:

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, RN HUB will investigate the claim and may remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing content.
5. Counter-Notification Process
If your content has been removed due to a copyright complaint and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. To be valid, your counter-notification must include:
- Identification of Removed Content: A description of the content that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- Statement of Good Faith: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area (or the area where RN HUB is located if you’re outside the U.S.) and agreeing to accept service of process from the complainant.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, RN HUB may restore the content if the original complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days.
6. Changes to This Policy
RN HUB reserves the right to update or modify this Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of RN HUB constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
